a little bird takes flight

soph. sixteen years old from sydney. i'm a classical oboist who's probably taller then you. i'm a compeditive perfectionist and i don't like people who lie to me. i listen to country music, play guitar and dance in public. i spend an unnatural amount of time baking. one day i'll be an actor and get to do what i love, while getting paid for it.

we were talking about mum and dad’s wedding and mum was like ”oh dear i haven’t fitted into my dress in years” and dad was like “oh soph probably fits it now”

so i tried it on. and it was a bit tight around the bust but it fitted comfortably, in fact it was loose around my waist and hips

and mum goes “oh, i was skinner than you, obviously”

awesome, thanks mum. you’re doing amazing things to my self esteem.
